Dr. Dharm Sidhu, ND
Dr Dharm Sidhu believes that good health and well being is natural to us all. She is passionate about identifying and removing the obstacles to health, be it physical, emotional, mental or spiritual reasons. She utilizes homeopathy, botanical medicine, nutraceuticals, Bach flower remedies, counselling and acupuncture to help her patients achieve well being.
Dr. Dharm practises family medicine with a special interest in children's health, women's health, PTSD, depression and mental health, fibromyalgia and chronic pain, diabetes, digestive, and cardiovascular health.
She combines her keen sense of intuition with clinical assessment and labs to provide the best plan to help her patients and their family live healthy fulfilling lives.
She has been practising naturopathic medicine for the past 2 years as a student clinician at Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, including 1 year in Friends for Life Society and 6 months as BCPWA (BC People with Aids). She has experience treating patients with life threatening and chronic conditions such as cancers, HIV, arhtritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes, hypertension, celiac disease, crohn's disease,digestive disorders, neurological conditions, and MS.
She also has over 10 years experience working with in social services and mental health, and supported people going through PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting issues,and family counselling.
